His line is named "COPY & PASTE"..."Copy all thine eyes witness and paste all that defines the heart."

Copy and paste is a reiteration of individual's sensory perception to a be a spectator in a world filled with art, beauty, and amazement.  In this reality it is the responsibility of the perceiver to not only bear witness to the wonders of creativity, ingenuity, and fullfillment, but to also to appreciate its awe and lure!  It is therefore on that individual(s) to Paste all that they witnesses onto his own canvass and show the world his personal acclamation of what he perceives the world to be large at.  The copiers and pasters of the world are indeed the cornerstone to our existence for they are the perpetuators of art, life, and beauty.

The Copy and paste clothiers brand are ultimtately for those who copy all thine eyes witness and in turn paste all that defines their heart. Copy-Paste-Live-Evolve

Here is an EXCLUSIVE Interview with Designer Andrew Kelly himself!!

STILETTO: What was your inspiration behind your line & which designers influenced you the most?

DREW: The inspiration behind my line is vintage clothing for those seeking to bring back the classicalness in urban fashion. The line is all about Copy what thine eyes witness and pasting what defines the heart. The brand wants to re-invent the wheel of modern day fashion, by re-creating the standards of urban clothing. The Copy and Paste clothing line will take traditional garments and restore them with class, prestige, and ingenuity.  What this means is that we want to take the every day garment and re-create it using different trims, fabric applications, and sewing designs.

The designers that influence me are Marc Jacobs, Taz Arnold, Pharrell, Karl Lagerfield, and Tom Ford.  These designers are modern day geniuses that have shaped and redefined the lines of normalcy within the fashion industry. They have re-invented the wheel and have treaded the path for up and coming designers like myself.

STILETTO: Where will your designs be displayed and sold?

DREW: The designers will initially be sold at the Copy and Paste Shop located directly on the website-www.copyandpasteclothiers.com.  It is the hope of the company to get the clothing into stores like Vinnies House of Style, Code of Arms, and Commonwealth.  The brand wants to grow and allow its fan base the ability to have a more personable shopping experience.

STILETTO: Who exactly is your brand targeted for? Teens, Male, Female?

DREW: The Brand is aimed at tastemakers and style icons within every community.  The goal is to market to young males between the ages of 18-30 and provide them with stylish vintage pieces that can be classified as classic in the world of fashionagraphy.

STILETTO: How did I come up with the name Copy and Paste?

DREW: I wish I had some great philosophical answer for this question, but I don’t.  The name was totally random and just came to me one day.  I liked the ring it had and decided to stick with it.  Copy and Paste wants all individuals to copy all thine eyes witness and paste all that defines the heart.  Be creative and never stop creating!

STILETTO: Which designers would you like to work with in the future?

DREW:I would love the opportunity to work with Nigo of the bape brand and Marc Jacobs.  Though the two brands are different in terms of style and demographics the two designers are true pioneers in the world of fashion.

STILETTO: What advice would you give to up & coming designers?

DREW: Advice that I would give to Up and comers is to stick to the script-what you have to do is DREAM, PLAN, AND ACHIEVE in that specific order.  The key to success is to maintain your goals and visions despite the circumstances that may arise on your personal journey.  One has to expect adversity and pitfalls, but have to understand that they are apart of the process to personal success and freedom.  I would also suggest the individual to never stop dreaming and just GRIND-GRIND-AND GRIND.  Nothing will be handed to you and you have to learn how to fight for everything you want.  In closing I would tell any up and comers to just believe in themselves and their vision and to also never let anyone get them off their path.  Good luck to al the dreamers and shapers of tomorrow.  I wish you all great success and happiness!
